This product from Redfield fits as described on a Mossberg 464 lever-action. An added bonus is the reasonable price and quantity over other items available. It's a basic installation with the base pair and included screws.

Perfect fit for my Mossberg 464!! I have searched a great deal to find the right mounts for my weapon. I just happened to stumble on an article where a gentleman had the mounts and mentioned where he got them. I ordered them right away!

Easier than making your own.

The 464 is a fairly rare rifle, my 30.30 spx is even more so. Despite the overpowered carbine's kick, these mounts stay where you put them, so, gold star. Alternatively you could have hours, days into messing with a blank chunk of aluminum and not get as solid a fit as these offer. A much needed answer for an under appreciated, sub moa rifle.
