This is the best scope for the price point for hunting. It's loaded with tons of features of other scopes costing twice as much. The 3 most impressive things about this scope are 1st , the eye relief on this scope is really easy to get behind the scope and get a clear sight picture fast even at max power. 2nd, the glass on this scope is very clear and crisp for its price point. I would say it's every bit as good as a leupold vx-1 costing almost twice the price. 3rd, the turret reset to zero feature is really easy all you have to do is pull up on the turret and move to zero that's it no tools needed. Overall I would recommend this scope to anyone looking for the best bang for there buck.
Pros:
- Generous eye relief
- 1/4 MOA adjustments
- Capped turrets
- easy reset to zero
- clear and bright optics

I've bought a few of the Redfield scopes in the past in particular the "Revenge" type and I've been very pleased with the clarity and the accuracy of the scope. Take the time to mount it properly and sight it in and trust me you won't be disappointed. If you want to spend a couple thousand dollars and more to impress your friends...knock yourself out but You won't be disappointed in this scope for the price. The hunting I do is local around New York State and the Redfield line works well for the area's I hunt. As one gets older and finds he or she doesn't see as well you rely on some glass to help you out. But also you get wiser with age and find that if you do the research and take a chance you can save a lot of money and get what you need to get the job done and still take the wife out to dinner. I have several Redfield products and I advise you check them out. Some are made here and some off shore but that's no surprise. Good luck hunting.

Box was significantly damaged with tape removal rip marks and instruction seems significantly dog eared. Body of scope had one handling mark and although seemed to have good optics since box from Redfield said Blem not Demo was concerned internal quality might not be up to standard so returned.

I now have 2 of these mounted on rifles. Very solid built, clear, adjustments & fast focus work smoothly. Feel very good about the quality & warranty, since Leupold owns the Redfield trademark. This is a very good scope for the money.
Pros:
- Clear, bright optics
- well built, solid construction
- adjustments work well

I have been using Redfield scopes and binos for more than 35 years and absolutley love them. I do alot of hunting in southern arizona for coues whitetail and varmits. I have never had a problem with any redfield scope. This scope I put on a 270 win. mod 70 for my wife. She loves the clarity and easy viewing. You cant beat the price.

This rifle scope Completely lives up to the hype. I will definitely recommend this scope to others. It is easy to use, and durable, even for beginners. This scope mounts easily, and the dial sizes make for effortless adjustments.

A very good scope for the money. Not that fog proof down in the humid south. Bought two mounted on a dpms lr-308 and 6.5 Grendel AR. No shift in zero at all. Handle recoil of .308 very well. As stated they are good for the price you pay. Very happy!
