I bought this scope based on the 3-9X Redfield Revolution I had previously purchased. I wanted a little more magnification. The 3-9X will go on a different gun now where magnification isn't the primary concern I couldn't be more impressed with it. It is as clear as a bell and I know they will hold up under a pretty good recoil. The gun is just a 243 so I am certain it will be much more than adequate on it. You can buy cheaper scopes but I doubt you will find one with more value for the money. It seems to be as clear as my Vortex Viper, if not better. I would definitely buy another if I need a scope.

I bought this scope for my Savage 93R17 BTVS .17 HMR rifle. Mounted it with Weaver rings then took it to the range to zero. I was hitting paper at 50 yards in no time. The glass is clear and sharp, adjustments made with the turrets have audible clicks, and is easy to focus. Build quality is top notch. Hard to beat for the price.
Pros:
- Adjustments
- Build quality, clarity!
- Priced very nicely

You cannot go wrong with a Redfield Scope. Unlimited Warrenty and great clearness. I now have 4 Redfield Scopes and I will put them up against higher price scopes. I have had Nikon, Vortex and Leopold and to me, they are a little better, even though Leopold makes them. You will not be disappointed.

This is nice glass, especially for what I paid. It has really good eye relief in my opinion. The ranging system it has a a cool idea, but for hunting situations I have noticed that it is not very practical. It just takes too much time to use. Besides that, it is a good scope for a decent price.

I like others was sceptal about the new redfeild Revenge ranging scope, but now I am hooked. I mounted it on my Remington 700 7mm mag(which has a history of eating scopes) after 100 rounds it stayed dead on. Finaly used the range finder and took a javelina at400 yards, ranging was dead on and the javelina just fell over. This scope has taken a beating and just begs for more. Will be buying more revenge hunter scopes for my other rifels. Amazing scope for a very reasonable price. I would put redfeild up against any other.

Mounted on a Model 70 7mm Rem Mag. Zeroed at 300 yards instead of the recommended 200 yards and I am consistently center punching 12 to 18 inch steel plates at 100 to 700 yards. Sub MOA grouping at 100 and 200 yards and sub five inch groups at 700 yards. Plenty good enough for any deer or elk size game. Don't know yet if the range finding function works but at known ranges the hold over compensation is dead on the money for the factory loaded 150 grain Federal Trophy Copper rounds I am using. I have put 120 rounds down range so far and the scope has held perfect zero.

These Redfield's are just as good if not better than the old one's. I would highly recommend this scope, for any application. I prefer a 4X12 to all other's. If Redfield offers a 4X12X44 I'll buy one. Light gathering in low light conditions and clarity with this scope are very good.

Had this scope mounted at Gander Mountain on the TC 300 Win Mag I purchased. Easy to zero in, haven't hunted with it, but had no trouble busting a 7 oz pop can at 110 yds. So far seems to handle the recoil of the Win Mag well.
Pros: High Quality, Low Priced
Cons: None

This is a quality scope that looks good and works better than I expected. I have been shooting for better than 30 years and this is my favorite scope. I have it mounted on a .270 and it is not affected by the recoil. The power adjustment ring and the focus ring work smoothly with none of the "not chinless" that is in some of my other scopes. My next scope will be a Redfield. You get a lot for your money.
