These rings are a waste of time and money - Redfield Mounts Ruger Rifle Steel Rings

These rings are terrible. I got them in the mail today and went out to the rang. I carefully put the rings on my Ruger M77 270. after making adjustments i went to set up my target to dial in my scope. I shot and was way off. I then made some adjustments and shot again. I made a couple turns of the dial and went to shoot a third time and the ring was busted at the mount. I called customer service that very minute to find out that I will not get a replacement for a long time. First i have to fill out a return form and send them back to be reviewed. Customer Service says this could take a couple of weeks. Then if found to be a defect then they will send me out a replacement which could take up to 10 more days. I told him the rut has started here and i need my rifle. His reply is well if you want them faster you can just buy another set. Well that want happen. Not only is this a bad product, but terrible customer service. I could have gotten more out of the poor dog sitting here with me. Stay away from this product and pretty much this sight. There is not much they going to do if you get defective products as the call it.
