I have two rifles in 22 Hornet (a Cz and a Rizzini over/under) and the Remington High Performance Rifle .22 Hornet 45 Grain Pointed Soft Point Centerfire Rifle Ammunitionbperforms flawlessly in both. The bullets expand without over penetration even though the Hornet is a relatively slow round. I've taken over 20 hogs from my East Texas farm with these and I can verify their effectiveness with photographs.
Pros:
- This ammunition is very reasonably priced
- This ammo is very reasonably priced, is effective and is extremely accurate
Cons:
- On larger game like feral hogs care must be taken to place the shot in a vital region.Range is limited to about 150 yards due to expansion necessary for effective shots.
