Prib's Review of Remington Rem Choke Tubes 12ga. Express Bundle Extended Imp./mod/full
If you live in California, as I do, and have an old Remington 870 with a new Remington ribbed barrel from Optics Planet--these extended chokes are a must! Why, you ask? Effective Jan 1, 2019 those who hunt in California are required to use only STEEL loaded shells. Most "full" chokes for an 870 do not handle steel shells. The "full" choke in the Rem Choke Tubes 12ga. Express Bundle Extended Imp./mod/full pack does! And they are reasonably priced!
Pros:
- "full" choke handles steel loads
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- Bird hunting
