Solid mount but take into consideration the height of your elevation turret. I did need to purchase the 10mm riser to mount my Holosun 507 comp red dot to clear the elevation turret. Next, the extended hex screws to mount a RMR mount into place will work with an RMR, but the included hex screws have a large head diameter by approximately 0.03" vs the factory RMR/holosun torx screws that caused binding on the 507 comp red dot housing gouging it. I did have to purchase #6-32x1" with 82 deg taper torx screw to clear the 507 comp housing; vs the holosun torx screws the new replacement screws were 0.01" larger head diameter and cleared fine.
