Low profile M-LOK QD attachment point
This is a super low profile M-LOK accessory that allows for a QD sling attachment point and it faces the butt end of the weapon to help streamline the direction of the sling which keeps as close to the weapon as possible. I wanted a QD point on my AK-V but there isn't anything near the hand guard, this fits that job perfectly. The front facing portion is also slightly slanted which gives a small area for the thumb to rest depending one hand placement. Highly recommend as is and also for the price. It is also relatively quiet and does not rattle for those needing a quiet setup.
exactly what I needed
90 degree sockets caused un needed bulk, this angled one is perfect for keeping a sleek compact setup. They’re pricey, but worth it.
Pros:
- compact
- Comfortable
- sleek
Cons:
- Expensive

The angle of the dangle
I have three rifles, three slings. I put the Reptilia socket mount on one and after being so happy with it I bought two more. Rock solid and the intuitive angle of the attachment and subsequent hang is perfect in my opinion. Reptilia makes such a quality product. I've been slow to the adoption curve with them. Not any more. Thanks OP.
Pros:
- Quality
- Low profile
- Angle
Cons:
- Nadda
Best Used for:
- Slinging rounds downrange

Must Have for Vickers Red Swivel
If you have the Vickers Red Swivel this is a must have to not have it in your field of view when aiming.

Impeccable machining
I don't think I've bought a better machined item. It looks better in real life than in the product photos. Expensive but does its job so well.

- Machining

- Gucci builds

Pricey, but my favorite QD sling adapter
These are expensive but they work very well. Because the sling plugs into them parallel to the gun everything is more streamlined. It also makes them anti-rotation by default. I have a few of these and will buy more if needed. In general I am a big fan of Reptilia.

Reptilia QD Mount
Worth the $50 price tag for the benefit of the design. Much more flush with hand guard + angle that QD attaches leads to less issues with sling, in my opinion. Average QD mounts tended to get in the way of hand placement, brought accidentally engaging the QD into play. Design solves those issues for me, planning on buying a 2nd one as well. 10/10 well done Reptilia!
Pros:
- aesthetic and Function

Well Built
This QD mount is the perfect size to fit on the rail and not use up a lot of space. I also like the angle of the QD attachment location for your sling. I have always been happy with this brand, so quality is A+.

- Small & light

A bit Gucci but works really well, especially with KP-15 lowers!
As far as QD mounts go for slings this is one of my favorites even though it is a bit pricey. When mounted on the front of my hand guard I really like how the QD on the sling is directed rearward rather than out at a 90 degree angle. It feels like there is less stress on the QD. It is also much less of a snag point.
Even better, if you have a KE Arms KP-15 lower that uses an m-lok sling adapter on the stock this works amazingly well for the of the same reasons. As a matter of fact it is probably more useful on the KP-15 stock than on the hand guard because it makes the sling attachment so much more streamlined. In fact I am purchasing more for my other KP-15 lowers.
