Revision Sawfly Prescription Inserts
I'm pretty active mountain/road biking and I wear Revision Sawfly when I ride. These carriers are different from the old ones (which were more oval). You have a better field of vision with these than the old ones however, these don't snap into the nose piece well and have a tendency to fall off.
Small and foggy
I got this system before a recent training exercise thinking it would be better than using contact lenses. While Optics planet did the prescription correctly, the field of view is fairly narrow. Trying to use these in the OTW goggles with PVS14s was difficult at best and maddening at worst. They also fogged badly, as did the OTW Fan goggles I put them in. Not impressed with smith Optics. All that being said, Heather Harwell at OP was amazing in getting these to me on time. Give that woman a raise!

Rx carrier for Sawfly
The prescription seems to be right on. I like the design with the adaptor that lets me use the inserts with my old Sawflys that came back from Iraq in 2010. The adaptor will let me use them on a newer model when I upgrade.
