Most Helpful Positive Review the missing link to a great rimfire
I bought a Marlin 917V back when the .17HMR was the hottest rimfire cartridge to hit the market. It has always been an nice gun and an accurate shooter, but after upgrading the triggers in a few of my other guns I quickly realized how terrible the Marlins trigger was. I probably could have done some polishing and shimming to the OE trigger, but the Rifle Basix trigger was a plug and play upgrade that required zero guess work on my part. Marlin 925m trigger

The trigger install was straightforward and the end results was just what I wanted. The trigger has a clean break and I adjusted out any creep. The finished surface of the trigger was a little disappointing. The trigger face is slick with no grooves or texture, and mold marks are visible on the sides of the trigger itself.
