Most Helpful Positive Review Magnificent upgrade from the factory trigger!
Purchased this SAV-1 from Rifle Basix to go in a new Savage 110 with the Accu-Stock. Many think the factory Accu-Trigger is a good one but I can't stand the blade in the middle of it and after doing some research this is the only replacement trigger I found that said it would work with the Accu-Stock system. I'd like to take off 1/2 a star because the instructions included with the trigger were for a different model entirely but I was able to find the correct instructions on the Rifle Basix website. Didn't fit LH action

Didnt fit LH long action in new accu-stock with bottom bolt release. (In trigger guard). Bolt release interferes with trigger.

Well worth it

Although I have not put this trigger on gun yet, I have others installed and the are very crisp and definitely better than factory accu trigger.It is a great addition to your rifle.

Easy to install and tune

I have had my Savage 116 since the early 1990's. The factory trigger was adequate, as most of my hunting was a moderate to short range. When i decided to start shooting steel at longer ranges, 400-600 yards, I quickly realized I needed a better trigger. This Rifle Basix trigger is easy to install and is now set to crisply break at 2.75 pounds with no take up or overtravel. I wish I had done this years ago.

Awesome Trigger

I am very pleased with this trigger. I almost bought a Timney but im glad I went with Rifle Basix and saved some money. Its a great bang for the buck. Full adjustability let's you tune the trigger to perfection.

Bought this to replace trigger on savage 116 300 mag. The trigger is a nice upgrade over factory.Set it to 1lb trigger pull it works great.
