Expert Review

Amazing feel and performance.

by Ethan C., Gear Expert from IL, United States Written on March 26, 2018

I used this trigger in a competition rifle. The is zero travel, the instant you put pressure on the trigger, it fires, and reset is instantaneous as well. The 3.5lb pull is perfect for my preferences, giving just enough resistance to feel safe and provide a crisp, clean break. It also looks fantastic both in and out of the gun. I would strongly recommend this trigger for any number of purposes, but especially for any serious target or competition shooter.

Most Helpful Positive Review RISE ABOVE THE REST

Well Bob I’m not worried about the back of the trigger. As for the tools provided, they do fit. If you cannot install trigger with the outstanding YouTube video you should not be allowed to even clean a firearm. Ok now for a real review. This trigger by RA is a testament to attention to detail. ...

Most Helpful Negative Review Reset disconnector fail

Good drop in trigger. Easy to install. Also came with 2 anti walk pins. Trigger pulled is right at dead wall, no slag at all. Reset is really short. Awesome trigger. But there is a problem that Rise Armament need to check and fix. I was having a problem with my trigger while I was shooting. About 12...

Great trigger

by Jerry Ellsworth, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on October 11, 2026

Trigger got here quickly and was very pleased. Install went smooth but did have a hang up on the pins lining up. Video was down so I had to use common sense with small instructions given. Trigger itself is one of the smoother, crispest breaks I’ve ever installed. Planning trip to range to verify OPs check.

Pros:

Quick delivery and quality is FANTASTIC.

Cons:

Install video was down and instructions were minimal. Needs better install directions if video is gonna be down.

Best Used for:

Precision builds for sure.

Perfect Trigger

by Fred, Verified Owner from MI, United States Written on August 23, 2026

I'm 74 years of age and this is the best trigger I've ever used.In the 1960s my father started rebuilding military surplus rifles (mainly Swedish Mausers) for varmint hunting. At the time, Timney adjustables were the go to. Very smooth. The RA-535 is better. Absolutely no take up, no creep and short positive reset. Very easy to install. Will be ordering again.

feels good and light weight

Much lighter of a trigger than a TriggerTech and much more comfortable.

Awesome trigger

by Booker, Verified Owner from WI, United States Written on June 12, 2026

Loving it but, be aware that some come with a flat trigger face and that is a machining issue. And I feel like the curve or "roundness" of the trigger could be a little thicker. Other than that it works great, smooth and pretty much everything I wanted in a trigger. Might have to FRT it soon.

Great Trigger , great price.

by yofxr, Verified Owner from CO, United States Written on May 10, 2026

I was actually looking at a much less expensive trigger. While researching cosy and availability , I found this one for a very low price . A true bargain.
Quick delivery . Very nice trigger. Also the flat blade and red color were a first for me.Very nice , plus a bit of range envy.
