I have been using Rite in the Rain products for at least a decade, and it is always ad advertised. I have generally preferred blue ink over black and this has never failed to deliver. My only complaint overall is that the amount of ink in each cartridge is relatively small, and each is rather expensive.

Will write on just about any surface including plastic and write in the rain paper products.
