Riton Optics 3 Primal 3-18x 50mm First Riflescope, 30mm Tube, First Focal Plane
I was looking for an affordable 3-18x scope for my son and found this one. I hesitated at first because it's a new scope from Riton, and I hadn't heard much about it. However, there were limited options for a good budget 3-18x scope. At $499, I decided to take a chance. I was pleasantly surprised after receiving the scope. The glass is very clear, and the turrets track very well. The build quality is top-notch. My son loves it, and I'm considering getting one for myself.

The scope looks great, zero stop works perfectly, glass is decent, and I really like the reticle. The downsides are it’s like looking through a straw, parallax is garbage, and extremely heavy. I would pick a $300 vortex, Burris, or Bushnell over this scope every single time. Anyone want to buy this from me?
Pros:
Reticle and clarity
Cons:
Parallax is terrible
Would recommend: No

I’ll start off by saying the scope looked great, felt well built, eye relief good, glass good, knobs crisp, and that’s pretty much the end of that… From the very beginning, out of the box I noticed that the parallax knob would not turn at all. Was stuck at 10yds - 15yrds and once it finally did move past that, if would not go back down past the 15yrd. Not to mention, from the start, anytime I would turn it, there was a clicking sound. Then you couldn’t focused passed 5x magnification. It would not focus at all. So had to sell it back. Was very disappointed and hoping it was just a dud from manufacturer. The other 1x10 LPVO is amazing from them so was hoping this scope would be just as good or better. Nonetheless, I had to send it back cause it was defective out of the box.
Pros:
None
Cons:
defective out of the box
defective as received

I have used Vortex, Riton, Bushnell, and Burris. I have to say Riton makes a great scope for the money! Great option, I have an FFP on my 300 PRC and SFP optic on my M5. the Primal 3 3 - 18x50 is a great choice for everything from long-range shooting to long-range hunting... the illuminated reticle has six settings and is easily visible. The glass is bright and clear.
