Incredible!
What an exciting year 2020 has been for Riton. This is one of the new scopes from their new for 2020 Conquer line, and I must say it is one heck of a bang for your buck. If you look at what you are getting for the price, it is pretty much unheard of. Japanese fully multi-coated HD glass, 34mm tube, ...

Price range too high for Chinese mfg optics
The glass is about average for a scope that is made in China. However even the sale price is way too high for being built in China. My mistake for being gullable and believing internet reviews stating the Riton X5 series was made in Japan. It clearly states "Made in China" on the bottom of the scope...

- 34mm tube
- mrad or moa
Cons:

Best Used for:
- long range
- PRS
- NRL

Great Step Up in Class
This is definitely not your average scope and definitely a whole staircase up from a low tier scope. I love the 34mm tube with lots of adjustment. The windage and elevation knobs are tactile and are accurate. I don't really use the IR so that doesn't matter a whole lot for me. The magnification ring was a little stiff at first but with the built in throw lever it eased up with some turns pretty quickly. It is so dumb how clear the glass is for quite a distance. All the way up to 25 power and I can still see crystal clear. My next purchase will be the X7 Conquer at this rate.
Pros:
- long range
- Precision
- mountain hunting
Cons:
- no elevation rotation marks
Best Used for:
- Precision
Would recommend: Yes

Riton X5 Conqueror
Stupid clear glass. If your looking for an middle of the road long range optic that’s not going to break the bank this is your optic. Very fine reticle allows for clear target identification and the center dot put up beside a screw for a light switch really shows how fine of an aiming point you have. Combo that with the clear glass you will see more movement from things like heartbeat from your thumb. But really and truthfully your getting more then what your paying for. Between the glass, reticle, and the turrets it should be well over 1-1500$
Pros:
- Stupid clear glass and very fine reticle
Cons:
- nothing
Best Used for:
- Long range and 22NRL
Would recommend: Yes

You wont be disappointed!
Very good quality scope done a side by vcd side comparison with vortex pst gen 2 this optic is superior in almost every way edge to edge clarity riton wins overall brightness and clarity riton wins tactile and audible turrets riton wins zero stops pst gen 2 has very very slight edge if any illumination pst gen 2 is slightly crisper but not much warranty both are awesome but riton wont fix just send a new one as of recently pst gen 2 dominated this class and price range but after handling and shooting both side by side I would honestly say riton is a far far better buy for less money the pst gen 2 is awesome but i believe this scope is a better scope and slightly more affordable trust me you will not be disappointed in this optic
Pros:
- Great glass and build quality
Cons:
- Illumination is good but could be better
Best Used for:
- Long Range / Precision
Would recommend: Yes
