Looks like the Wrong safety plunger for 43X
I could be wrong BUT from the looks of this kit it seems to have the wrong style plunger for a 43x & I am pretty sure that could be a real issue .

Bad issues
I installed this on a true precision slide and I had issues. The extractor pin and spring were too tight and barely got the back plate on. The first round I shot did not extract so I disassembled and reassembled and tried again and I kept having the same issue. I installed the OEM internals from my OEM slide and haven’t had an issue since. In my opinion I wasted money and wouldn’t buy again. Just buy Glock OEM kit
