My unit stop functioning within 30 days of purchase. It’s not the first new unit to have issues either straight out of the box. RIX advertises a 5-year warranty, but I would encourage prospective buyers to look beyond the warranty length and read actual customer experiences with the RMA process. I...

I’ve had mine for a few months now, love it and wouldn’t use anything else as my helmet scanner. I’m honestly shocked how compact and lightweight this unit is.
