This was everything I hoped it would be. I initially ordered a different upper, there were issues with availability, so I asked to update my order to this, and haven't looked back since. Recoil is mild, with subsonic rounds, it is even less. Ibwould highly recommend to anyone looking into a .450 Bushmaster upper.
