I bought the A2 NM upper and it needed some TLC from RRA. The rifle shot straight but the sights were way off of centerline and the elevation adjustment was Ridiculous to put it mildly. I called customer service and I received my prepaid UPS shipping label that same afternoon. The next morning I shipped the upper thinking it would be gone for 4-6 weeks. To my surprise I got it back in about one week. Best I can tell (they didn't itemize the repairs)..It has a new reciever, (A2 with integrated carry handle) and a new front sight. Everything else was my original parts. No questions, no arguments, no if's or buts. I can't give near enough praise for that fantastic customer service. Can't wait to test out some Sierra TGK's I recently reloaded. Optics Planet and RRA are the real deal, absolutely setting up the bar to measure up to.
