I liked this watch but it was non functioning. I contacted the manufacturer. and they responded with an e-mail and no follow up. I took the watch to a jeweler but they said it would have to go to a watch repair shop. So I returned it to optics planet. the return process was simple and didn't take long to get my store credit. The defect of the watch wasn't optics planet . I am planning on more purchases with them.
