This headnet is indeed long but has a small diameter. I wear a size 7 1/4 hat and this net literally is hugging my head except for the part being held away from my face by the bill of my cap. Bugs could land on the sides and back of my head and this net would provide no protection there because it's pressing against my hair and skin.
