Rothco Deluxe Safari Outback Vest
This vest has lot of pockets. Some pockets have zippers or velcro. Open pockets for hands. Mesh openings. Straps for size adjustment around belly. Have had one for 20 years, no problems. Lost a lot of weight, just bought another one in a smaller size.
