Perfect for tall people
I’m 6’4 245lbs lots of room to grow if your more heavy set. Bought this because it says it fits 11x14 plate I have level 3+ with build up coat and trauma pad fits good don’t know if the thick ceramics would fit in 11x14. fit wise is excellent plan to change the cummerbund to tubes but Velcro retention is excellent can’t beat it for the price
