Does what it says on the box
As per the title, it adds a 1/2x28 threaded barrel to a LCP22, the extra spring was a nice touch, but unnecessary with my gun/barrel/ammo/suppressor combination. Not quite as short as having someone like TornadoTech thread your existing barrel, but less turn around time and cheaper.
Would buy again.
Barrel was received in a nice package. Easy to install. Fit and finish is nice. Have only put 20 rounds through it. So far so good.

Fits properly, but was missing spring
Swapping out the barrel was simply and the included attachment adapter fits seemlesly. No restrictions with weapon function after swapping out. However, the package i was sent was missing the red spring. I contacted customer service and they had me reach out to Ruger for a replacement. Ruger was quick to send a res spring that would make my order complete.
Other than the extra leg work to get my order completed, product is great. Just wish there was better QA before the item was initially sent to me. Disclaimer: I have yet to fire a round through this barrel.

Excellent upgrade for LCP
Works great, comes with thread protector, wrench, and recoil spring. No issues installing or fitting. Drop-in.
Having the option of adding a can to the LCP make it more useful and practical. It’s important to use high velocity 22LR when using a suppressor or the LCP may not cycle properly. Weak subsonic rounds are hit or miss when it comes to cycling on a semi auto.
