I bought this Ruger Scope Ring Set, to attach a Vortex HST with 44 MM Objective on my Ruger M77. This set (90407RU) contains the High (5B30) and Extra High (6B30) rings. Most Helpful Negative Review Bluing is worn off
These rings look like they're 100 years old. The bluing is worn off in the package, and they're covered in rust. Quality is questionable. I definitely wouldn't buy again. They are not what I want to put on a brand new rifle. I expected much better quality for the cost.

Ruger M77 Mark II scope rings.

The rings fit nicely on the rifle. I had to use the high rings because I was using a 50mm scope. The shipping took longer than expected though. Other than that I’m happy. Im sure they will hold up as they were genuine Ruger brand.

ruger scope rings, the right fit! Yeah

A little beat up in the package, but Ruger sends them this way to the OpticsPlanet folks. The rings rub on the cardboard and messes up the blued finish. I guess the plastic bubble cover could be tighter to prevent movement during shipment

As far as Optics Planet goes, they are awesome. Good price and fast shipping. As far as the scope rings, they’ll work. Not the best machine work on them but otherwise they will do a good job at connecting my scope to my gun.

I ordered 2 different rings for my M77 from other sites. Neither worked. I found a review on Optics Planet that said I needed two different sizes for my scope. I emailed the team and they sent me two options for my rifle. Product came as described and worked perfectly for my rifle. I would not have figured it out without their technical team. THANKS!!
