Mini 14 mag
These Ruger factory mags look and fit great in mini-14. Flush fit for times when shooting with the extended mags hanging below gun may interfere with task at hand. I use these when my kids shoot at the range and it allows for a greater margin of safety (fewer rds in battery) as well as the gun being a pound lighter overall. Good factory original product, will buy again.

Still the best choice
While higher capacity magazines means more time shooting and less time reloading, the 5 round Ruger factory magazines are still my favorite. The flush fit makes the rifle easier to handle, especially firing prone or off of a bench. The magazine feeds reliably, even with long bullets, such as 77 grain BTHP, which can be problematic in the thicker-bodied plastic magazines.
