Bought two of these, neither will feed in my mini-30 tactical - Ruger Magazine MINI-30 7.62X39 10 Round

Just got around to trying these magazines in July after ordering them in February. Neither will feed a cartridge into the chamber. The tip of the bullet is below the feed ramp. The twenty round magazines that came with the rifle both work just fine.
