Ruger ReadyDot Optic LCP MAX 1x Micro Reflex Red Dot Sight

The mounting screws have come with one of them missing threads, twice. I returned the first one as defective and the replacement had the exact same issue. I have called and emailed Ruger customer service and they have yet to provide a solution, apparently you can't even buy replacement parts for this optic.
