the bases are of different heights in stock form. the weaver base does not take into account for this. So you would have to measure and or trial and error to make work.

Does NOT work with iron sight on Mini 30!
This rail does NOT work with the iron sights on the newer model Minis. The bottom of the "trough" is to high and will simply not allow you to use the sights. There are many other, much cheaper, rails out there. I bought this one because it was supposed to allow me to use the sights. It doesn't.
Pros: Easy to install, easy to adjust.
Cons: Expensive, doesn't work with iron sights like it should.
