Excellent scope base for the Ruger
The Weaver style scope base for the Ruger Mark III fit flawlessly. The hardware provided with the scope base fit the pre drilled and tapped holes on the Mark III without any modifications. It would have been nice if they would have supplied a little Locktight for the screws.

Fit perfectly, no mods needed. Opticsplanet was/is great to deal with and the mount was shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. I also think that optics planet has fair and reasonable prices for the products I’m interested in purchasing.

Mounted on my Ruger Mark II
Used this to mount a holographic red dot sight.
Has a nice low profile and fits perfectly on the top of the receiver.
I had a bulky and unsightly bolt on riser type rail before, but it was very
cumbersome.

Weaver Style Scope Adaptor for MarkI/II/III and 22/45 Black
I recently purchased a scope base adaptor for my Mark III Ruger and I could not be happier. The description was right on the mark. The price was very reasonable and the shipping service was good. The package arrived in 3 or 4 days.
The scope adaptor for perfect for the scope. Once the scope base was installed, it stayed in position. All and all, I felt like a received value for my money and I would recommend this product and online retailer to friends.

Ruger base for 22/45
Made by Ruger for the semiauto pistols. I have the Mark II 22/45 so I did not have factory holes. Took it to a gunsmith, 3 holes and $45 later had it mounted. I was able to keep the factory sights on and the profile is low enough to use them if something happens to the optics mounted on the base. Because I left the sights on I also had the gunsmith trim about 1" off the base to make it flush with the start of the barrel. Very happy and I knew I would need the gunsmith work to use.
