its and an amazing ruck
I love the pack, but suggest getting the enhanced shoulder straps if you have to run or ruck with it long distances
Pros: came set up, feels comfortable, plenty of storage room, evenly distributes weight
Cons: the sholder straps tend to get loose when ruck running
