The set drew exploded - SADLAK Adjustable Low Profile Gas Block

One of the two set screws in the bottom of the gas block cracked when I first shot the new upper. After taking the little metal slivers out of my hand, I brought it to a machinist who tried to use an easy out to remove the set screw. No dice. Had to drill out and retap the gas block. No way that that should have ever happened. Other than crappy set screws the block seems to do what it is supposed to do.
