Well, I installed this on my 300AAC pistol and did not help cycling issues. Gonna use it on my 5.56 carbine to soften up the recoil now. Great value for price, and fits perfectly. If you want to save 40-60 bucks, this is a good option

I like .308 FMJ. Either 125gr. or 150gr. is fine with me. I like JHP too, especially those Nosler ballistic tips. The green tips look cool, and when I shoot them with my 300AAC pistol, they make 1 gallon milk jugs totally explode!!
