Purchased this Safariland holster for lawful concealed carry of a Glock pistol with a Surefire X300 tac light mounted on it.

The holster is excellent. The holster body is carefully molded to the contours of the light mounted pistol, and it practically "snaps" into place when holstering, providing the user with sensory feedback by both feel and sound that the weapon and light combo was holstered properly and is secure.

The holster designer thoughtfully placed a torsion screw on the holster body that can be tightened to customize the amount of friction (translates to retention) to the individual user.

Another thoughtful feature is that the belt loops have a provision to fit on a wide range of belt widths, using removable "tabs" to fit the widest belts imaginable.

The only item I felt could even POSSIBLY considered a "down side" is that because this holster and belt mounting system is so "tank tough," it CAN be uncomfortable to some for long periods of concealed wear. Because all thermoformed synthetic holsters (kydex) tend to be rigid, it is not a negative to me- but your carry preference might take this into account.

This is a "level one" concealment holster in that it uses tension alone to retain the pistol in the holster. For a concealment holster...especially one with a light, I felt this is totally appropriate.
