Better Than I'd Hoped!
I purchased the Safariland GLS holster with paddle and belt slide for several reasons. The first is that I wanted a holster that I could slip on and off quickly without undoing my belt. The second is that my spouse needed a holster that would work well with a variety of women's fashions. The paddle option worked well in both areas. The GLS fits the weapon well, hugs the body closely and provides a level of security not often seen in paddle style holsters. great product fit, comfortable to wear
This holster provides a great fit for the firearm and is very comfortable to wear. I enjoy the soft sided interior that protects the weapon. The firearm is held solidly in place and feels quite secure. Very good, solid holster for the money.

Safariland 5378 GLS
I purchased this recently due to my department dropping Blackhawk Serpa holsters from it's authorized list. So far, I like this holster more. It keeps my pistol closer to my body which in turn, provides better concealment. To disengage the safety and draw is a natural motion and didn't really take any modification of normal draw.
