using this item all depends on how you will wear this (left or right side back or left or right side front). If youre a righty, you'd likely put it near your holster which takes getting used to because the mag is so close to your weapon..its almost like if the mag and cuff were switched it might function better, but that's my opinion.
Pros: Holster retention adjusts with typical Alan wrench
Cons: If any, takes getting used to.
