Bought this for off duty carry of my P320. Holds my pistol in tight and unlocks only when I want it to. The paddle hooks onto my belt securely and is confortable as can be. Price is excellent. Would not use for concealed carry unless a coat or jacket is being worn. Best used for open carry for LEO going to training or in a division where a full duty belt is not needed. Will recommend to all.
Pros:
- GREAT PRICE
- Comfortable
- Secure

The weapon lock takes a lot of getting used to. It is too small to use reliably. I went to a different holster with a more user friendly weapon retention lock.
The P320 full size fit perfectly in it with no break in required..

Exactly as I expected, took a little bit too long to get all but still is worth of waiting. Perfect size and light weight for conceal carrying on or off duty. Also for different position carrying such belt loop or drop leg platform. Great price for a such durable holster.

May be the the last OWB holster I buy for the Sig 40. The paddle is well shaped, it fits so tight to the pants and belt it is a little tough to remove, but that's liveable. The holster hugs the body as close as possible and the suede lining should be in all quality holsters. The draw is quick after a short break in period. I will be buying a few more for my carry weapons.

Well constructed easy weapon manipulation. Optional paddle or belt loops. Comfortable to wear easy reholstering. Only concern is it profiles a bit and rides low in the hip. Nice plain clothes holster but not too concealable. It would be great if safieland made this into a IWB holster.
Pros:
- solid construction
- comfortable to wear
- Easy reholstering
Cons:
- Not too concealable
- Rides too low for consealed carry I think
Best Used for:
- Plainclothes assignments
- Exposed carry

this holster does not work with a tac rail. the information on the web site is wrong. it says fits sig p226r navy, it does not work. you need #6378-774-412 to fit rail guns. Now that is over let me tell you how nice the safariland als holsters are. Just bought 2 more, the correct one that fits my sig. and one for my 1911.
Pros: Nicely constructed holster
Cons: will not fit rail guns
