Product purchased is good, service was not!

After a two week backorder, the package was delivered to the wrong address (UPS said addressed to wrong address). After the investigation (another 7-10 days) the package was shipped again without any notice, requiring a signature. Had they notified me I could have told them there was no one there to sign for the item. I had to trade "days off" with a coworker to be there when the 3rd delivery attempt was made. I will never order from this company again.
Pros: product is good
Cons: Seller has poor support system
