Paddle holster for easy on/off but tight and doesn’t flop around. The thumb retention is part of the draw mechanics so it’s like second nature now. I have had the same model for an office holster at work for 10 years and it’s still in great shape. This was purchased to hold my personal at the range. You’re going to spend a little more than some other products out there but it’s worth every penny.
