Upgraded my discount kit
If you order you gear on closeout, like me you’ll realize that not everything fits perfectly. The kit I ordered was a 2” medium belt ride UBL installed on the SLS G19 holster. I needed a 1.75” to get rid of the jiggle and this did the trick. I hadn’t realized that I’d need the cant to better align the holster. I’m glad I went with the CUBL.

Remove tilt of duty holster
One of my coworkers took a shooting class and said one of the takeaways was making your draw faster by making it straight north and south on your belt. It’s supposed to help with grip coming out of the holster. This part comes in three different heights so know what you have and what you want before you order. The low and mid ride look similar the hi ride looks very different.

The product works as it should with the holster(s). JUST BE AWARE that if you purchase or own the Safariland holster(s) that this fits the MEDIUM ride is the one that comes with the holster from the factory.

- Lowers holster on hip to a level close to leg strap holsters without the strap.

- does grab some seat sometimes when exiting a vehcile

Simple and effective
Both of my Safariland holsters actually came with the 2.25” CUBL but I run a 1.75” gun belt so I ordered the mid ride 1.75” CUBL along with the QLS system. Works great on my velcro double belt system.

Quality Product
I attached a QLS and am waiting on the holster to arrive to complete the pairing. Safariland has a great reputation and produces quality.

Should be standard
Every holster should come with this as the standard. Matched with the qls you can get the gun neutral. I tried some negative can’t plates before but I did not like them because they set the holster back too far. The CUBL is a step in the right direction.
