Comfort and Safety
These Safariland TCI Ear Plugs really help avoid hearing loss while at the range. They are comfortable and come in two sizes for a perfect fit. I prefer them over foam plugs underneath my main ear-muff style hearing protection.

Best possible NRR for an earplug currently
NRR 33 is the best protection that any earplug can give, that is what this earplug delivers. Adding Decibel Defense have the best over-ear ear muffs, using them together would be the best for an indoor range, but using them together may make audible communications difficult, so using an electronic ear muff may be better as an over ear addition to this earplug.
