I was excited when I saw this holster on the market but was somewhat hesitant after seeing YouTube reviews. I decided to pull the trigger and get it. Once I received the holster, I IMMEDIATELY put blue loctite on all the screws just as a safeguard (highly recommend doing). The fit and retention of the holster are amazing. The size of the holster is much smaller in person the it looks in all the videos. I am a "bigger" guy and was a little concerned on how it would conceal. However, I have NO issues whatsoever. The design allows me to get a full grip with ease. I would highly recommend giving this holster a try!!

Excellent holster quality. Purchase for around 86$ with optics planet discount and optics bucks in 2025. Soft material on outside of holster, similar to suede. The claws for concealment closer to body are a must and they come with 3 different sizes. My only complaint is that the holster is 1/2 inch too long because this model is also for the sig fuse which has a longer barrel/slide length than the sig xmacro. Which is disappointing because that is the most important part for comfort right in your pelvis.

The look and feel are great. Conceals really well. Pistol fits perfect with great retention. It's as comfortable as one would expect for appendix carry. My only complaint is it is too long. An appendix carry holster needs to be as short as possible (only as long as necessary). There needs to be a dedicated Sig P365 holster. Those of us with P365 have to share a holster with the P365XL, which means over 1/2 inch of unnecessary plastic digging into my groin.

I first bought this holster for my g43x and loved it so much I got a second one for my mr920 which had been to big to comfortably conceal with other holsters. My fiance liked it so much we got her one for her sig 365xl. Now I can carry any of the 3 all day with complete comfort.

This wasn't listed as appendix but it must me bc using as a right side holster is awful. The mag caddy piece does t fold against the body so it sticks out awkwardly. No good.

Got this holster as safariland has a pretty good reputation and people seem to like it. After testing it out for a few minutes, it was very uncomfortable and faurly difficult to put on. The wide tabs at the bottom, where the clips attach to the holster, dig into the side of my inner hip. This made it impossible to wear at my 1 or 2 oclock position. The only decent position i found was at the 12 oclock position and still the wide spread between the belt clips made it difficult to position between belt loops.

Overall not impressed with the wearability of this holster, and if its hard to wear you just wont wear it and that defeats the whole purpose of a CCW.

I did, however, like the idea of the microfiber coating on the outside and the retention was very good.

Overall, there are MUCH cheaper options that are more adaptable and comfortable. Optics planet will also charge you a restocking fee to return this!

Started using this not to long ago and I love it. Quality materials. Safariland always makes great products. As of right now I’m loving it. Only time will tell how long it will last as a daily holsters.

I have one I previously bought a while ago so I guess this will be kind of a review for that one(365xmacro w/+mag) but now I have the one w/light and I’ll just move the mag well into that. Only thing I will say is that I wish it listed the compatible lights. But overall it’s comfortable and smooth actions.
