Bad quality - Safariland Model 6377 ALS Belt Loop Glock Holster, Left Hand

Ordered this holster and received one with the tension screw stripped. Sent it back and then waited about another month. Same thing and this one didn't even have the Allen wrench to adjust the screw. Not that it would help anyway. safariland makes some low quality items but how could optic planet not do quality control and inspect a product before sending it out to the customer. I understand if it happens once but to receive two with the same exact problem, I think they just waited a few weeks and shipped back the same one.
