Safariland ELS Belt
I looked around for a competition belt for 3gun. After much research i decided to go with the Safariland els. it did not disappoint. The innerbelt should be included but is offered as a separate purchace.
I feel the need for speed
Talk about Worth the Wait. I received my holster today and i am amazed as to the Quality of this holster. It comes to you set up for your firearm. It is an engineering marvel. I have the 014 belt and its made to bolt right up to the belt. Just doesn't get any better. This is a top quality holster for the pro shooter. This will cut your acquisition time in half. The key to speed is being able to acquire that first target in a short time. This holster will do it for you. I am so stoked with this holster.

The best hoster to compete with.
The holster is very easy to adjust. The holster has a great locking system which makes it very safe to use. I find the quality of the product is fantastic. Drawing from this holster is very fast and is great for the person that wants to compete in the shooting sports. .

Wish it worked for my race gun
I ordered the 1911 version of this holster for my STI DVC, hoping there would be a way to swap out the nub that goes in the tip of the barrel, but alas there was no easy solution. That said, I was impressed by the overall build quality, fit and finish when I tried it with a different 1911. I’m not sure if I’ll go with a 2 point Mount like this or a single point that only attaches to the trigger guard, but for now I’m just running a GLS on a the USPSA Mount.

Great holster but could be a bit better
I love the Safariland 014 holster. I am running this holster with my Sig P226 Legion SAO in limited and now with my custom 1911 in Open division for steel challenge matches. I love the adjustability of this holster and the fact that it is mostly metal. It is very ridged and sturdy, locks down tight and unless you slam in to a wall full tilt in a USPSA match, it won't budge on you. My only gripe is the instructions. My 1911 holster came with two plastic strips I have no idea what are for and no where in the instructions does it show them. I'm assuming it's either for different guns or to tighten up the minimal slop in the holster. Either way, it runs, looks good and is very sturdy. Love them and will continue to use them for years to come.

Amazing Holster
This is a well made, well designed, very functional and good looking competition holster. The materials and construction are top notch. The design is simple, yet highly adjustable. Functionally, it is the fastest draw holster I have ever used. And it looks like something out of Star Wars, so who wouldn't want that space age style (?)

excellent quality
i bought the safariland open class holster for NRA action shooting with my M&P core performance center 5in . the holster has plenty of adjustment for my optic mount from carver custom and room still if i do add a compensator later on . the holster is like drawing out of thin air and when locked the gun doesnt move at all . very happy with this purchase and optics planet def had the best price by far . thanks

Competition Holster
Very nice holster for competion shooting. I compete in 3-gun. Purchased it for a M&P Pro Series 9L. Holster arrived adjusted for this gun (nice touch). Nice fit to the gun and can be adjusted to your taste. Gun can be locked in holster...useful if you don't want a DQ while running from stage to stage. I purchased mine on sale in black; red is just tacky IMHO. Nice holster.

Safariland Speed Holster
When it arrived, the first thing that grabs you when you open the box is the metallic red finish. Everything about it is high quality, right down to the socket head cap screws that hold it all together. It is an absolutely perfect fit for my S&W PC 9L with a holographic sight.It locks in neatly with a flip of a switch, and will not fall out or come out until you flip the switch to unlock it. It will not mar your pistol's finish in any way. I purchased the matching Velcro backed basketweave belt....A winning combination for quick action draw and shooting.

Competition holder
Great holster! Will be using for steel matches. Feels like you are grabbing the gun out of the air, smooth draw you don't even know it is there when drawing. Locks very securely with a flip of a switch with your index finger. Very impressed.

Top Notch Competition Holster!
Used my Safariland Holster in a USPSA competition on Saturday and it worked flawless. It truly allows a quick draw and I would recommend it for any competitive shooter. I went for the black model along with the Safariland belt and I had fellow numerous competitors take notice!
