Purchased this product for my duty holsters. This product is excellent and high quality. It makes it easy to switch my holsters for different duty weapons and from different duty belts. Locks in place and stays locked! Would purchase this product again!

QLS vs ELS

I switched from ELS to QLS to improve stiffness of the holster to prevent it from canting out away from my leg on the draw. It does help with this, somewhat.
Pros - beefier buckle that is less likely to break
Cons - not compatible with ELS so now you have different parts in your comp belt bin
Neutral - takes up a bit more room on the belt but I don't have any attachments near it so no issues.

I have said it once im gonna say it again if you are looking for a great quality holster setup and tired of trying new gear bit your budget is tight jist save your money and buy it once with safrialnd. There is a reason they are the number 1 duty holster company one the market!

Best invention ever

I got an adapter plate for my Blackhawk holster and connected the QLS. Plate is connected to the True North concepts MHA, while the fork is connected to the holster. Love this quick release!

The Safariland, QLS system is the cats meow
When it comes to mounting your holsters to your belts, I have a T-Rex arms belt with the mid ride leg strap set up, it is so nice to pop your holster on and off or switch them. Highly recommend.

Excellent product from Safariland. Easy to install. Great for switching holsters to different platforms. Makes a great way to use one holster for different platforms or multiple holsters to a specific platform. Very reliable and sturdy. I strongly recommend this product.

Great addition for quick swaps between firearms

I added this to my drop leg rig. Admittedly, I run my P226/P227 most of the time, so I mainly use one holster, but I like being able to transition very easily if I want to swap to one of the others. I will note that I'm not sure I would recommend this on the conceal holsters as it adds about a half inch to the width (no surprise, just a comment).
