Easy Swap on Stock Sig M400 Handguard
Was able to easily swap this handguard onto the Sig M400 since the Barrel Nuts are the same. Only thing was the Samson Handguard had the Barrel nut pre-installed in the Handguard. There was a small hex screw on the bottom side of the Handguard to get the Barrel Nut to come off
Samson SXT Handguard
I absolutely love this thing, super easy install on a sig sauer M400 without replacing the barrel nut! Super light and slim and installs in less than 5 minutes.

Great fit for M400 Tread
I was not satisfied with my M400 (v1) handguard in terms of look and ease of mounting points. Replacing it with Samson’s handrail easily remedied that. It was also simple to swap out. I am very happy and satisfied~

Perfect fit and EASY Install on SIG M400 Tread!
The Samson SXT AR-15 M-LOK 15” Handguard looks great as a replacement for the stock 13” that came on my M400 Tread. It came with the same barrel nut as the stock handguard. So, no need to remove the factory installed barrel nut (or the gas block!) from the rifle; just needed a 5/16” hex key to remove the set screw that held the barrel nut onto the Samson SXT - and then remove the barrel nut that shipped installed on it. Once that was removed, the handguard slipped right on, over the gas block, and only two hex screws need to be tightened to install it. SUPER EASY! Just don’t over-tighten the hex screws. Snug each one with “light-moderate” tension, going back and forth between the two, until you can feel them “seat” (bottom out). That’s it! Would definitely recommend this if you prefer a full Picatinny rail.

Excellent fit for my Sig Tread400 AR15. No need to switch barrel nuts, just had to remove old hand guard. At range very solid. Great MLOK cuts.

Very good bang for the buck
Nice handguard, well-finished, easy to install. If you ever installed a handguard before, you will have zero problems out of the box with this one, however, if you did not, you may end up having some difficulty, especially around the barrel nut, that comes pre-screwed to the handguard. You likely just need to unscrew the nut from the handguard, install it on the barrel (if you don't have a compatible nut already installed on the barrel already), and then you install the handguard. Just saying because this info is not on the manual and not on the video from Samson.

Great handguard
This is well-built, super easy to install handguard. Had it installed into my m400 thread, and I could do it all by myself in 10 minutes. The installation video available on youtube and the manual don't bring much, and you need to do some limited troubleshooting yourself, however, nothing crazy, no mods, just figuring out the steps.

I bought this to replace the heavy and useless handgaurd that comes on Sig Sauer m400 Tread.and what a difference. absolutely love it ,also don't have to change barrel nut.it comes with new barrel nut and wrench highly recommend this product

Sig M400 Yread Samson Handguard Upgrade
I bought the samson handguard as a upgrade over the stock guard the Sig Sauer M400 comes with and I couldn't be happier. By far the easiest installation as it goes over the existing barrel nut without modification. Just removed the existing hand guard and slid it right over gas block and bolted it right up. I've gone through about 600 rounds and it definitely helps with heat displacement and is definitely lightweight compared to the one I removed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality AR handguard.

Fit Sig M400
It fits the Sig M400 factory barrel nut and is vented the entire length, which is an improvement over the factory M400 Tread hand guard, which gets hot during repeated use.
There is only a slight weight savings over the factory hand guard, which I assume is because it has integrated picatinny rail along the top and the material of this hand guard also appears to be thicker than the factory hand guard, but I didn’t measure to verify that.
Picatinny rail being integrated into the top of the hand guard is also an upgrade over the factory hand guard, in my opinion.
It isn’t as “flashy” looking as some higher-cost rails, but that’s not what I need, and it still looks great. The cost is also reasonable; I paid around $150.
I have yet to use the rifle since it was installed, but it fits securely and the finish out of the box looks great.
