Barrell nut too small
I am building a DPMS AR 308 on an aero precision upper and lower. I expect ( and have) fitment issues but was surprised the DPMS handguard was too.small. good news is optics planet handled the return with no hassle. Too bad the size of the barrell nut is not given.
Pros:
- No problem with returning the product

Perfect Fit and Function!
Replaced hand guard on my DPMS G2 Hunter. Applied a little heat to the old hand guard and the threads popped free, be sure to remove the gas tube and gas block first. The new hand guard came with the proprietary nut and everything fit nice and snug. Completely changed the look of my rifle!
