It seams this company has 0 quality control. I bought this for my Arsenal SLR-107UR, keeping in mind that AKs can vary so I should be prepared to make slight modifications in order to install it. The first thing was the “vice” that connects the handguard to the barrel did not fit my barrel. That was fine, after about an hour with a dremmel tool it fit. Then I noticed the “vice” didn’t fit into the handguard. That was a huge red flag for me because the product didn’t even fit into itself. After another few hours I finally got it all on. The only reason this got 3 stars was because after you spend the unnecessary work to install this is does look really nice and works well. Also, Samson manufacturing was nowhere to be found so you’re on your own thigh this one.

Nice hand-guard, but careful if weight is an issue
I think within last couple years light weight is the answer. These tend to be on the hefty side, however very high quality and probably weight is due to full length Picatinny. If can get a machinist help may try to turn these into a one off option.

Samson AK 47 quad rail for Yugo M70
This rail is solid, bolts on very easy and is light weight. My Yugo has never looked so good! This rail brings new life to a 45 year old Yugo design. The length is perfect for a good positive forward grip and it does not get too hot during rapid fire.
