Arrived beat up - Samson Picatinny Rail Vertical Assembly Grip

Item arrived poorly finished, raw metal from either poor finishing, ship damage, or a reused unit. I understand it's a tool and will see wear, but it should be wear I place on it. I expect bew to look new. Reached out to customer service some time ago and received zero response. Disappointing
