Arrived beat up
Item arrived poorly finished, raw metal from either poor finishing, ship damage, or a reused unit. I understand it's a tool and will see wear, but it should be wear I place on it. I expect bew to look new. Reached out to customer service some time ago and received zero response. Disappointing

Great grip
Solid, durable. Will pick a few more up for other guns with picatinny rails. I bought the short version and it’s enough to brace with my thumb, index, and middle finger comfortable. Very ergonomic.

solid build quality and intuitive in function
This was my first experience with Samson foregrips, and I’m very pleased with the product.
Locks on tight, no wiggle in any direction. I love that I can unscrew the bottom cap to remove the grip from the mount without having to completely remove the mount and grip from the rail. Not a record breaking function, but it’s one of those little things that just makes this thing work. Would probably be the most useful if you had multiple and want the option to swap different textures, color, or length between guns.

good build quality
Been using their stuff for a while now, even though it’s a bit heavier compared to all the polymer ones, it really is QD when you can twist the bottom of the cap and move it to another platform.
